CCGen V2 generates mathematical test values. They are not issued payment cards, are not connected to bank accounts, and have no purchasing value.
A checksum is not authorization
Passing the Luhn algorithm means only that the digit sequence satisfies a checksum rule. It does not confirm an issuer, cardholder, balance, account status, or transaction approval.
Permitted use
Use generated data for software development, automated tests, form validation, fixtures, demonstrations, and education. For payment integration tests, use the official sandbox credentials and test values supplied by the payment provider.
Prohibited misuse
Do not use the output to attempt purchases, impersonate another person, bypass payment controls, or support fraud. Users are responsible for complying with applicable laws and provider terms.
